If you would like to return an item please contact as soon as possible after shipment delivery.  All returns requests must be made within 30 days of receipt. To seek authorization for a return, please email us at support@threadtraders.com.

If authorized for a return, all items must be returned in their original, unworn/unused, re-saleable condition.

Under no circumstances will any items that were sent as NEW will be authorized or accepted for a return if they are now in a USED condition. Specifically, if an item was sold as NEW WITH TAGS, the tags must be attached when returned. If an item was sold NEW IN BOX, the item must be returned with the original box.  If the item was sent NEW, SEALED it must be returned new and unused with the seal intact.

The purchaser is responsible for the return shipment method.

No warranty is given or implied regarding use, duration of use and applicability for any specific application.
